personally I loathe cap injectors.. and the best setups for a harb need more cap recharge then ur gonna get w/ max'd cap skills. The great part about this issue is that the harb is a t1 ship, so 3 rig slots. my x3 CCC rig is fun but best is x2 CCC...

Can't speak for matar or gall ships but fly amarr/caldari and been doing lvl 4s a long time. I know not to EVER try certain mishes on patch day so after new and revamped mishes got patched ran lvl 3s for a bit to get a feel for the spwns and such,...

Having just read through most of these got to admit I laughed a lot. Sure u can load a raven or CNR up w/ faction mods and be fine on any mish... and spend billions doing it. x6 cruise (btw no matter ur skills u will ALWAYS fire 3 cruise missiles...
